Training tracks with the highest rating
It has now been officially proven that listening to fun and fast music improves your workout. It has always been clear that if you listen to music at the fast pace you enjoy, you will work harder. If you’re stuck listening to ultra-modern things like Sarah McLachlan, it’s hard to practice perfectly. Instead, I share with you the science of listening to music and practicing the songs that were most rated in my workout.
Researchers have found that listening to fast music at 120 to 140 beats per minute and more improves your gym performance. To find the rhythm of the song, listen to the beats with your feet for ten seconds, then count and multiply that number by six. You also need to make sure that the fast music you listen to is the music you enjoy. So if you really like rock, I don’t recommend listening to a fast hip hop song, especially if you don’t like that music. Instead, find some quick rock music you like, as it also increases the intensity of your workout.
Interestingly, the researchers also found that people
who listened to fast and enjoyable music did not find training easier than those who did not listen to music. So even if you train like an animal, you will still feel the same pain you would listen to their most important training songs. Here is a short list of the best practice songs:

However, the fact that the track is not 120-140 beats per minute does not mean that it is not a good training track. Even one of my most appreciated training pagalworld song is Eminem’s Lose Yourself, only about 90 beats per minute. So the trick is to find music that truly inspires you and has a fast pace. I don’t recommend listening to slow stories while training unless you’re trying to do the easiest workout in the world.
